Shop Policies

PERSONALIZATION: We provide the option to personalize most of our items for a small fee.  For stockings and tag loveys, one name works best. We machine embroider all personalization.  It is not iron on lettering but actual sewn onto the product.  For blankets, up to 2 names may be chosen if you wish.  Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there was a mistake on our part by misspelling or incorrect font or thread IF it was requested. If you just didn't care for how it turned out even though it was quality work, we get that and will work with you to provide something satisfactory.

WASHING AND DRYING: No fabric we use has been pre-washed due to allergies to soaps possible in little ones.  To minimize shrinkage, wash in cold water and tumble dry on low.  A warm iron may be used on all cottons or satin.  Do not iron minky or fur.

SHIPPING: We only sell and ship to the USA.  We ship Ground Advantage (formerly First Class) to keep the costs down as much as possible.  On occasion, a blanket may weigh more than the maximum allowed for Ground Advantage (First Class).  In such cases it will ship priority.  We never ship less than Ground Advantage or Priority.  You may choose to upgrade to Priority or Priority Express at checkout for any item.  We do not ship UPS or FEDEX unless requested.

SHIPPING TIME/PROCESSING TIME:  Our normal processing time (from the time you order until it goes to the Post Office) is 3-4 days.  However, during the holiday busy season, the processing time can be 7-10 days so ordering early during these special times is advised. Once an item has been taken to the PO, it is out of our control as to its arrival.  Times given are generated by USPS and are an average. Circumstances such as weather or holidays or Postal closings can delay arrival.  In cases where the package appears to not be moving, contact us and we will advise further and work together to find a package. Always keep tracking handy until your package arrives.

SPECIAL REQUESTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS:  We enjoy creating new products that are unique to you and your specifications.  We do not charge extra for a custom order unless there are special pieces we need to obtain to complete your order.  Then, we only charge the cost of getting the product needed.

RETURNS: We accept returns within 7 days.  Return shipping will be the responsibility of you, the buyer.  If there is a mistake with your order, we will send you a return shipping label at our expense, and correct the problem or issue a refund after the item arrives back to us. If you change your mind or find you ordered mistakenly, it will be the responsibility of you, the buyer, to pay for return shipping. We will issue a refund for the cost of the item, not original postage.  If an item is personalized, it cannot be returned for full refund unless there was a mistake on our part.

FEEDBACK: While we love and appreciate a raving review of 5 stars which makes our shop thrive, we will not contact you or solicit a review.  If you have any issues with your purchase please contact us through GoImagine messaging before leaving a review to give us the opportunity to resolve any problems you may have with your purchase.
